In international security transportation, the “Cable Lock 5.0” wire seal is an alternative to bolt seals. An advantage of the “KabelLock” seal is its flexibility and adaptability. The seal can be adapted to any object. The body of the seal is made out of aluminium and steel, ensuring a high level of weather resistance and security against manipulation.
The crucial part of the seal is the wire cable with a width of 3.5mm up to 5mm which is used to close the seal. Once closed, the seal can only be opened with the help of a bolt cutter. After cutting the wire, the seal cannot be reused. The Cable Seal is ISO/PAS 17712:2010 certified and is acceptable for cross boarder shipments, CTPAT & PIP COMPLIANT
